Natural Beauty & Healthy Enzyme Residue DIY

The multipurpose of using the Kiwi Aloe Fruit Enzyme residues for healthy food, beauty care and foot care.

I used Kiwi Aloe Fruit Enzyme residues blended into jam and spread into bread for my breakfast.













At time I would also used it as my natural AHA fruit acid body scrub. They work by micro-exfoliation process to remove dead skin cell same as using sugar scrub for body treatment. Therefore it has good result of revealing new skin cell. It helps improve and soften dead skin, and make it fairer, softening and regeneration in promoting skin texture. However, they may be harsh to the skin when first using it with careful and correct quantity. Make sure it is dilute with water to make it milder in application. In beauty therapeutic we called it "soft peeling".

For foot spa, just added 50oz with 1000cc of water to dilute it into a foot soaking basin. Soaking it for 10 – 15 minutes, it improves and softens the hard callus and removes odors as well.

Note* you may feel a bit of mild tangling sensation. This is normal reaction of some of the ingredient literally digest the surface skin cell by dissolving it.

My Beau Tea



This is my home-made refreshing herbal beau tea. Why I called it “Beau Tea”, because it is good in boosting and regenerating immune system, antioxidant and detoxifying. There is nothing more satisfying and enjoyable than the fresh taste. Make a pot of this strong aroma and refreshing beau tea to call it a day for my evening after stressful work.

As I planted some organic Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) and it is one healthy plant also claimed to have various medicinal values. Its high contents of vitamin C and anthocyanins, Roselle is associated with traditional medicine and is reported to be used as treatment for several diseases such as hypertension and urinary tract infections.

This recipe contains of Chrysanthemum is well known for cooling the body, neutralizing toxins, and protecting the liver. Add some Goji berries and its benefits – protect the liver, help eyesight, improve sexual function and fertility, boost immune function, improve circulation and promote longevity, optionally I do add some Rose petal as it is claims to be good for slimming, reduce menstrual cramps, and reduce stomach blotting, good for digestion.

Chinese Hawthorn (Shan Zha) is well known as for cardiac benefits. Many of the active Constituents found in Hawthorn exhibit potent antioxidant properties. Similarly it's good for lower cholesterol level especially for a person who wants to slim down naturally.

1. Put all the ingredients into a pot and bring to boil for 20 minutes.

2. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Pour In a teapot, add the rock sugar.

3. That's it simply very simple and done. Serve.


During Menstruation I used black sugar instead of rock sugar.

Strain the tea into cups. This simple recipe that provides a tea which is unrivaled in taste, color, depth and aroma and I Love it!

My Green Apple Mangoes Enzyme DIY



Know what I do for fun with home growth Apple Mangoes today. The Fruit grown in own garden is always tastes sweeter, ripe Apple Mango is Sour sweet with a unique taste, but not for this fruit bearing season. It seems very sour.
















So I plucked and chopped up all the unripe apple mangoes and made into a spicy salsa and pickle, but still not enough, making fruit juice with ripped apple mangoes with crushed ice, yogurt…...





This is wonder juice to me.









My so called Passion Berry Mango Yogurt drink. It is rich C and Fiber juice. This really help to aids constipation and hi-fiber juice.













Right here I am not going to discover more about fruit juice. I like to try variety of fruit juices. The DIY make much easier as I have own garden growth fruits and herbs for my fruit enzymes and juice recipes.

This is my first time using home growth Apple mangoes to make Fruit enzymes.


About Apple Mango fruit nutrients fact:

- 1 mango contains 1-3 times recommended daily intake of Vitamin C and beta-carotene.

- It is a great cancer fighting antioxidant.

I like to add and making great enzyme nutrient into my diet, raw fruit and food recipes is my first priority. It makes me feel GREEN…and energetic. Before I am turning GREEN…so as I begin to do my First GREEN APPLE + GREEN APPLE MANGOES fruit enzyme, Ambarella fruit + GREEN APPLE MANGOES fruit enzyme DIY .


Then I combined both ingredients into >>>> Green Apple + Green Apple Mangoes Enzyme


















The Apple Mangoes look like FUJI APPLE.

GREEN APPLE vs APPLE MANGOES.












The Apple Mangoes contains comfort enzymes. These comforting enzymes act as a digestive aid. Also a great way to replenish that lost potassium; it is deliciously rich in anti-oxidants, potassium. This Green Apple and Apple mangoes fruit enzyme contains vitamins C, E, A, B1, B2, B6, trace minerals including calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, boron, as well as polyphenols, beta-carotene and bioflavonoid.

The benefits of consuming this Green Apple and Apple mangoes it is actually helping to counteract hyper-acidity include its ability to return an overly acidic body to a more neutral pH. Helping reduce high blood pressure and with its Potassium it acts like an electrolyte, in the presence of sodium and chloride, it is like conducts electricity in the fluids of our bodies. The Electrolytes are essential in allowing fluids into your cells and transporting waste products out. It is an ideal dose for the human body. Ingredients:

  • 12 Green Apple Mangoes (Peel skin)
  • 8 Green Apple (with skin, if organic type)
  • 4 Lemons
  • 1/2 pkt Brown sugar Slice
  • 16 oz of Honey
* Using honey instead of sugar in fact it tastes better, and sugar would produce high alcohol content. I personally found that using more sugar it makes the fruit enzymes taste like a bit like fruit wine. Especially the grape or high sugar content fruits. If you like the wine taste, then it's fine.

Steps:

1. Wash and dry the mangoes and Apples.



2. Peel the mango skin and cut each into small slices.






3. Arrange the ingredient in layer by layer in 3 parts, Mangoes, Apples, Lemon Slices and Brown Sugar.


4. Make sure to arrange the brown sugar slice on top layer.


5. Done and wait for fermentation process for 3 weeks.



Let the fermentation goes on for another 3 weeks. Remember to shake the container every 2 days to ensure the full fermentation.


After 3 weeks of full fermentation period. Separate the fruit from liquid and transfer the enzyme into a clean glass bottle.

Plus additional own garden growth fruits of Green Ambarella (also known as Golden Apple) + Green mangoes Enzyme DIY.


These enzymes are real good source of vitamin C ++ Super C Enzyme as I named it.



Ambarella
has some value in aiding diabetes, lower cholesterol, heart ailment and urinary troubles. It tastes real sour and very good pickle fruit in Asia.
















Cut Ambarella into smaller slices.
















Ingredients:


  • 6 Apple Mangoes (Peel skin)
  • 12 Ambarella with skin
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1/2 pkt of Brown sugar slice
  • 10oz Honey

STEPS:


1. Wash and dry Apple Mangoes and Ambarella.

2. Peel of Apple Mangoes skin, cut into small slices

3. Cut Ambarella in small slices.

4. Chopped brown sugar slice into small cube.

5. Peel lemon skin, cut into thin slice.

6. All ingredients by layer arrangement from bottom with Apple Mangoes, Ambarella, Lemon Slices and Brown sugar slices. On the top layer placed brown sugar slices.

7. Close lid and keep for fermentation for 3 weeks.






Now just wait.....3 weeks as usual....and bottling.

















Here is what I make in single fruit enzyme of Apple, and Apple Mangoes Enzymes. Just to try out the individual taste of each enzymes. I bought some Organic Green Apple to start with this single ingredient of Apple Enzymes.


The Making of Honey Apple Enzyme


Ingredients:

  • 7 Organic Green Apples
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1/2 pkt Brown sugar slice
  • 10 oz of Honey







Preparation:

1. Cut Apples into smaller cube size.

2. Peel off Lemon skin and cut into slices.

3. Chopped brown sugar into small cubes size.

4. Arrange mangoes slices and lemon slices into layer, add in brown sugar pieces in between each layer. Finally add in the brown sugar slices on the top layer of all fruits.

5. Close lid and done. Wait for 3 weeks of fermentation period.







The Making of Green Apple Mangoes Enzyme

  • 10 Green Apple Mangoes
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 pkt of Brown Sugar Slices
  • 10 oz of Honey

2. Peel off Lemon skin and cut into slices.

3. Chopped brown sugar into small cubes size.

4. Arrange mangoes slices and lemon slices into layer, add in brown sugar pieces in between each layer. Finally add in the brown sugar slices on the top layer of all fruits.

5. Close lid and done.

Senz Crunchy Cabbage Salad

I like KFC Coleslaw partly because of cabbage. Cabbage is my favorite vegetable. It's a great food choice for those who are dieting, or watching their weight with healthy way is to eat it raw.

It is also an excellent source of Vitamin K. High in Vitamin K, Vitamin A,C,E and B, an excellent source of dietary fiber and calcium . Cabbage has its Vitamin K plays an important role in helping the body fight against invaders, bacteria and anticancer properties.

You may also try to use Red cabbage. It tastes as good as white cabbage. Red cabbage has six to eight times the Vitamin C than white cabbage. With its rich pigment molecule called flavin or anthocyanins, it's plant pigments, the healthful compounds of flavonoid category. Which have the strongest anti-oxidizing power of 150 flavonoids that may positive influences on a variety of health conditions. Also help boost insulin production and lower blood sugar levels, enjoy a serving at least once a week along with this valuable health benefits and therapeutic value of cabbage.

Try this easy to prepare and crunchy cabbage recipe healthy way is to eat it raw. This is how I make my own type of crunchy cabbage. I think Salad and appetizer likely part of my daily simple dish without messy cooking preparations.

Ingredients:
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
6 shallots, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup Honey Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tbsp of salt (for soaking Cabbage, shallots and carrot for 10 minutes)
1 Tbsp. Salt








Shredded cabbage thinly.













Thinly slice Shallots










Grated carrot and ready for use.










Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shallots slices and grated carrot with 3 tablespoons of salt, soak it for 10 minutes and wash it thoroughly with water, then pressing out extra water out and ready to use.

*The reason of salting raw cabbage and other ingredients for 10 minutes to draw out some moisture from cabbage and soften the texture as well as concentrate the flavor .


2. Add in Sugar and salt











3. Stir in Honey apple cider vinegar and white vinegar. Combine well with the salad ingredients.








 
 4. Keep refrigerate for 1 hour or more and serve chilled.


Done.....it's simple and easy.
Enjoy it....Taste delicious and crunchy.
