Seaweed not only a super detoxification food, it also help women to maintain their ideal weight and beauty.
For health benefits, adding bitter gourd and seaweed mixed with Miso, Miso in Japan considered as a culinary staple. What is Miso Paste? Miso is mainly made from soybean, barley and yeast, in health benefit which including of prevention of breast cancer for women, as the soup is rich in isoflavones. In order to gain the detoxification and cooling benefits, added with Bitter gourd and seaweed help to balance up the acidity of the body.
However the amazing of this healthy recipe is not bitter as you think. It is quite simple in preparation:
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of Miso Paste
- ½ of the Bitter Gourd (thin slices)
- Small amount of dried seaweed (soak in cold water for 10 mins)
- 500ml of water
1. Simply add Miso Paste into the boiling water till dissolve, do not overcook the Miso Paste.
2. Put in bitter gourd (slices) to cook for 5 mins
3. Lastly add in Seaweed into the soup for 1 min.
4. That’s it and serve.
You can also make the Miso Soup with Mixed vegetable like celery, tomatoes and seaweed. The nutritional benefits of this soup are very low in calories. Most suitable for late night, problem skin, boost immunity system and energy, regularly consumption of this soup help to regulate the blood sugar too.
