Sea Bird Nest Dessert and Drink

Eucheuma Seaweed also known as Sea Bird Nest, namely San Hu Cao in chinese. Another choice of making Sea Bird Nest with Longan Red Dates cooling drink, and keep the leave over in refrigerator to chill it as Jelly dessert as well.

Longan Red Dates Sea Coconut Eucheuma Seaweed Drink
- This cooling drink tastes as good as bird nest.

Ingredients:




Ingredients A:
  • 20 Red dates - 20
  • 20 Dried Longan
  • 3 Sea coconut
  • 4 Lo Han Guo Candy
  • 1 litre water
  • Rock Sugar - 10g

Ingredients B:

Eucheuma Seaweed – 50 g (Add more if desired)

Preparations:

1. Soak and wash Eucheuma Seaweed for at least 5 hours and keep changing water 4 - 5 times. Rinse thoroughly and washed then cut Eucheuma Seaweed into shorter in length.




Note: Do not over-washed or soak the seaweed to avoid nutrition loss.

2.  Removes sea coconut skin, and cut into small slices.






After peeling off the skin, this is how the sea coconut in naked image.




3. Cut Red Dates into smaller pieces.


Cooking Method :

1. Bring water to boil and add in Ingredients A cook it for 1 hour.




2. Then add in Eucheuma Seaweed to stir it and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.



Serve in hot dessert soup.




Or chilled it as dessert Jelly.

    Yes, if you are interested please email me @ ongsenny@gmail.com. How effective? it depends on regularly consumption and of cos with balance diet. So far it claims to be good for Osteoarthritis, since it is natural from sea. I hope this will help.
