Roselle Enzyme


Making the vivid- red lemon taste of Roselle Enzyme.


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Roselle
  • 3 pieces Brown candy sugar
  • 300 ml of Honey
  • 2 Lemons








Method:

1. Sterilized all the utilities (Glass bottle and lid, knife, chipping board).


2. Cut open the Roselle and remove the seed, peel the Roselle Calyxes, Wash and air dry it.





3. Peel the lemon skin and cut into thin slices and set aside.


4. Place the totally dried Roselle Calyxes into the glass bottle, cover with a layer of brown candy sugar.


5. Put the lemon slices on top of brown candy sugar. Stack all the ingredients in sequence. And repeat to put in the remaining Roselle calyxes, layer by layer to place brown candy sugar and lastly lemon slices again.


6. Pour in the honey on the top layer.


7. Close lid and let it ferment for about 1 month.


8. After 1 week, shake it and let the top portion of the ingredients in moist condition.


9. Lastly, After 1 month of fermentation period, filter the Roselle Enzyme juice and keep it in the clean and dry bottle. Store in cool place or store it in refrigerator.

This Roselle enzyme has bio-active substances and the fermented Roselle helps in tonify and detoxify body. It is good for cough, quenches thirst, eases indigestion, dyspepsia, reduces hypertension and regulates body system.

Apple cider vinegar Raisin

The making of Vinegar Raisin and procedure comes to me quite an easy job, I keep trying to make my healthy diets easy and nice to swallow is my way to prepare, and consume it without painful experience I should say it to myself.

Raisin and the vinegar it is easiest to use brews vinegar like rice vinegar but its taste funny, so I like to use Apple cider vinegar or own made fruit enzyme vinegar naturally for making Vinegar Raisin.



There are two kinds of Vinegar Raisin how to consume in procedure:

  • First one is completes soak for 15 minutes and eat immediately;
  • Another kind is soaked it over night and consume all at one time. (a bit sour in taste)




Note: It's good to prepare in small quantity for daily consumption. do not over soaked it for more than 2 days as it will taste funny.

Procedure to prepare:

1. Puts raisins in the small glass jar with cover.

2. Pours Apple cider vinegar into the laying aside raisin inside the vessel

3. Soaks it one night, the Apple cider vinegar will seep into the raisin, made the raisin to inflate.

4. After one night of soaking the raisin "plump up" and soften.

5. Ready to consume or after soaked for one night consume all the apple cider vinegar raisin for good health.

If you don't like the intense sour taste, might as well add in with a bit of water and dilute the sour taste. it is best to take it without dilute with water.

After finished taking the raisin, just add some water to the leftover cider vinegar in the bowl and drink the water. That's is simple and healthy snack too.

    Kiwi Aloe Vera Mixed Enzymes

    This Aloe Kiwi Enzyme is my natural skin rejuvenation drink, it's a good combination natural remedy containing aloe was found to be an effective laxative. I called this "magic fluid" it helps internally to combat most digestive problems, which is including:

    constipation, poor appetite, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome as well as asthma, diabetes, immune system enhancement, peptic ulcers and anti ageing juice.



    Ingredients:

    • A clean Glass Jar
    • 6 Fresh Aloe Vera
    • 6 kiwi
    • 2 lemons (you can add more lemons for better taste)
    • 1/2 pkt of brown block sugar
    • Honey (approximate 16 oz to cover the fruit slices in the container)



    ALOE VERA - it has been proved to be a natural healer, rich extract containing the enzyme catalase cellulose, minerals calcium, aluminum, iron, zinc, magnesium, and the “youth mineral” potassium, known for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties.


    It helps with constipation, diarrhea, and it’s also good for any type of gastrointestinal disorder. The great benefit of the aloe vera enzyme is that it helps to lose weight.




    Preparation of Aloe Vera:


    Wash the leaf and careful cut it into several pieces. Peel off the green skin of the leaf and cut it into small pieces. Keep it in a container to let the cut up pieces soak in water for at least one day in fridge.


    Why doing that?
    The yellow bitter latex from the inner lining of the leaf can be laxative. Be careful with this one, the yellow impurities that must be eliminated. By the next day you will notice the color of the water changed to red or pink color. Throw out the colored water and once again soak the aloe vera plant in water to make sure you have eliminated all of the impurities. Remove the water and drain dry and ready for use.














    Remove the green skin of Aloe Vera.

    The Kiwi Fruit - rich source nutrients of vitamin A,C and E, proteins and fiber, as much potassium as bananas, also a good amount of beta-carotene it's good source of flavonoid antioxidants. Helps prevent colon cancer thanks to its high fiber content

    With its high amount of dietary fiber, and has mild laxative properties.



    Kiwi contains the protein-dissolving enzyme actinides. Kiwis have a tart taste, but I like it!












    Kiwi Slices is ready to use.







    left Lemon: peel off skin, and cut into slices.

    Cut Brown block sugar into small pieces












    Divided the Aloe vera, kiwi and lemon slices, brown block sugar pieces into 3 parts, if you have 3 types of fruits, layer the 3 layer of fruits. I put first layer with Aloe Vera. Follow the other fruits followed by a layer of sugar and Lemon slices. Place it slowly in layer from Aloe Vera; lemon slices, kiwi and brown block sugar in layer by layer then pour in honey to cover the fruits.
    The final layer should end with sugar at the top. Close the lid tight. Place a piece of cling wrap plastic over it before you close the lid.

    Done...and keep in cool place for fermentation period of 3 weeks.
    After 2 days of fermentation period, I can see the bubble is forming on top, the forming meaning the fermentation process has already started. At the bottom of the bottle you can see some juice dissolved combined well.

    After the 3rd day you can shake the bottle gently, and do this every day.
    Keep it fermented for 3 weeks. Then filter it into a clean glass bottle for storage.

    The whole fermentation process taking place and store in bottle ready for consume.













    Keep in the fridge.


    When to take it?
    It can be before or after food, it you have a weaker stomach, do it after your meal.



    Preparation and Ingredients for Pure Aloe Vera Honey Enzyme


    • 4 Fresh Aloe Vera
    • 2 Lemons
    • 1/2 pkt Brown block sugar
    • 16 oz of Raw Honey (I used more honey to prevent from fungus formation.)

    I roughly figure out how to prevent black fungus those black dot during fermentation of Aloe Vera, as Aloe vera is moist content ingredient can be easily having those mold and fungus growth.


    Note: If observe for any mold or black fungus growth I just remove the affected fruits immediately, and add more honey and brown block sugar can help to preserve it. With the method, ingredients, control conditions, and here I go ready for the preparation.

    Place all the Aloe Vera, lemon slices, brown block sugar by layer arrangement carefully. Lastly pout the honey just to cover the top of all ingredients. That's it....Done and waiting. Observe, shaking the bottle after 3 days, and everyday after......at last ....Ready to be consumed.

    Ingredients for Pure Kiwi Honey Enzyme

    • 6 kiwi
    • 2 Lemon
    • 1/2 pkt brown block sugar
    • 10 oz of Raw Honey


















    Pure Kiwi Honey Enzyme is ready after 2 weeks of fermentation.





    Still can see the bubble forming in fermentation process condition. After 3 weeks should be served and consumed.

    Garbage Enzyme DIY

    The said making of garbage enzyme would help to reduce the global warming. I learn to make garbage enzyme partly to recycle the kitchen wastes, turn kitchen waster to DIY natural household cleaners. It is natural household cleaner; air purifier; deodorizer; insecticide; detergent; body care; car care; organic fertilizer, believe it or not, it is multipurpose...It is also help to reduce pollution - methane gas released from disposed garbage can trap 21 times more heat than CO2, worsen the global warming condition.So do a bit and help reduce global warming for a cooler and healthier living environment for all of us!

    The Garbage enzyme benefits environment, agriculture and even in homes.

    In agriculture:
    garbage enzyme is used to reduce the chemical fertilizers, soil fertilizer for plants, helps to clean the dirty and impure water in the farm.


    In home:
    garbage enzyme is used as household cleaning detergent, help to get rid of insects, mopping floor and multi-purpose cleanser for toilet as well as removes foul odors. It help and prevent drainpipe blockage, release residues accumulated in the pipe of basins or toilet bowls.

    How good is it I do not know, but I did tried to use the garbage enzyme added with dishwash detergent and floor cleaner for cleaning dishes and floor. It really works well and make my work load lessen with this super enzyme liquid.

    DIY Garbage Enzyme ingredients:







    3 ratio of waste fruits/vegetables










    1 ratio of black sugar






    10 ratio of water








    Mixed well all ingredients and place them in the air-tight plastic container/bottle. Remember to open and Stir/Shake the enzyme residue everyday for the first month. 2 to 3 times a week, for the 2nd and 3rd month.


    Fermentation Period: 3 months in air-tight plastic container.

    Filter and removal of the residue after 3 months, then after filtration and removal of the residue, garbage enzyme is obtained.




    Do not throw away the residue as it can be used again for a new batch of production by adding fresh garbage. It can be used as fertilizer too. Dried the residue, then blended and buried in the ground as a fertilizer.


    When the enzyme is diluted with water, it becomes more effective. For dish-washing liquids or floor detergents: add 1 teaspoon of enzymes for 500cc, 1 tablespoon of enzymes for 1 litre to enhance the nutrients and reduce the side effects of the chemicals in the detergents.






    When Enzyme is diluted with water, it becomes more effective:

    1) Enzyme for fertilizer = enzyme 1cc: water 100cc
    2) Enzyme for insecticide = enzyme 1cc: water 1000cc
    3) Enzyme for pesticide = enzyme 1cc: water 100cc
    4) Anti odour/air freshener = enzyme 1cc: water 200cc
    5) Plant hormones to get more flowers & fruits = enzyme 1cc: water 500cc
    6) Shampoos, dish-washing liquids, detergents
    = enzyme 1cc: water 10 times
    = enzyme 1 teaspoon add in 1 liter detergent
    (enhance nutrients & reduce chemical side effect of the detergents)
